It took longer than estimated time due to parts. But the online and personal customer service is excellent. My item is due back tomorrow but I don't foresee a problem

SquareTrade made it easy to process the warranty on our microwave when it failed. A description of how it failed and what steps we took to confirm it was done and a check was sent to us to replace the microwave. Have dealt with SquareTrade for a number of years with different products and have found the to be very easy to work with.

I generally don't go for extended warranties, but after our last TV died not long after the warranty was up, I decided to purchase one for the new television. The new TV went on the fritz right at 3 years, so I was glad I had the extended guarantee through Square trade. I fully expected to go through a big hassle getting it taken care of, seems these days everything where you have to talk to reps on the phone turns into a part time job. Totally not the case here. Claim was gravy. They were going to repair it free, but didn’t have parts, so they just refunded the TV.
