After trying to start the pressure washer for three days, I checked to see if the warranty was still valid. It was, and I placed a claim. I expected to send it to a repair shop. It surprised me that I was getting a check for the purchase price. It was a fast process. I don’t know if this particular model has issues, and it seems cost effective on your end to offer the refund.
Sound bar was repaired and returned to my within a week.
Looked up my plan & got it replaced the same day with free delivery. Thanks so much!!
Had some difficulty contacting Allstate through Ebay. I went and put a request to get refund on the website but I gave up because the site kept screwing up. I was able to get refund because Allstate called me a week later and helped me out getting a refund on my faulty earbuds.
