Ok it wasnt that bad………….
My Samsung Galaxy A21 phone don't stop stop working and I need a replacement and boy or boy. Did I get one like the next day? I was covered by Allstate. /square trade. And they moved quickly to make sure that I was not without a phone for long. Well, the next day the very next day. I had a new phone, thank you guys, you are the best.
The claim process was fast.
Got a complete refund for my situation. Replaced the couch with a new one plus another Allstate coverage. Hopefully I won’t need it but I was glad when I did need it that I had bought it.

Purchased the extra warranty for my son's battery powered vehicle. The battery would no longer take a charge so I contacted the warranty company. They covered the cost of the entire vehicle no questions asked. Very satisfied.
when i first call the guy i talk to was not trying to help and i told him that he was just trying to get me off the phone and did not care but when i call back the next guy i think his name was roger or rog he work with me to get it right and i thank him for it i would have rated you a one if i did not talk to roge he did his job i finish feeling good ?????
