I had the screen crack on my ipad. Upon requesting the approval for repair and the time that it was repaired was unbelievable. Very prompt and did not have a problem in any way.

Our craft ice maker has been struggling and finally stopped working altogether. We called the warranty company and spoke with very nice folks who worked us through the paperwork for the claim. They advised the parts would be out the next day, and we set-up an install for Thursday. The parts did not arrive and the technician called to reschedule for Friday. Very good ,excellent service
To date I have had two TVs that have "died" (failed to start) due to capacitors being blown. In both cases, I opted for the cash option instead of a replacement. This option allows me to go purchase the TV I want and to get a new warranty for the purchased item. This warranty has been well worth the minimal investment.
