The guides for the drawers in our refrigerator failed. I contacted Allstate and explained the problem. They verified my coverage and had me sent photos to verify the problem. They found out that the failed parts could not be repaired and replacements were not available. They decided to reimburse us for the refrigerator, processed the claim, and mailed us a check. Excellent Customer Service
I submitted a claim for cracked phone screen. Completed a quick questionnaire, uploaded a pic of my receipt, and received an email that was claim was accepted within a day. I received a check the next week. Very easy and very simple!
Overall I had a very good experience with Allstate Insurance. They were able to verify warranty and get a similar replacement tv delivered to my door. They always maintained contact with me regarding tv replacement and shipment. I recommend you keep your receipt, serial number of tv and phone them if you need so.
