We are So glad we purchased the protection plan by Allstate, which made our purchase even better because we get to use it longer and my girl is thrilled!
I put my claim in and got it taken care of within hours.
I had problems with some earphones and they covered the price. It wouldve been better if they also covered the sales tax charge. I didn't present an appeal because the seller lowered the price on eBay.

Without a doubt, Allstar Ins made the process for troubleshooting and repair easy. When the technician determined the TV was beyond repair, he documented his findings and Allstar sent me a check replacing the TV within a week.
It took about 2 months, but my issue finally got resolved in a manner I was satisfied with.
