I cant believe how easy it was. Just one quick phone call.
My Fitbit Sense stopped taking a charge. I tried different charging cables, USB charging connection, electric plug for charging and also swapped out the Sense charging cable and NOTHING would charge the battery. I processed a claim and in a couple of days after I paid my deductible I received my replacement Sense.
Always helpful staff and a good investment.
I recommend the Allstate protection plan, my claim was resolved without conflict and I received the full amount of my damaged item.

Good customer service with friendly service
I submitted my request for my warranty on my fitbit versa 2 and within 3 hrs or so I got an email to withdraw my deductible and then I had my replacement shipped within 2 days and recieved within a week. So grateful i van wear my fitbit versa 2 look a little while longer before I have to upgrade in the future and will purchase another Allstate plan if available at that time too.
