Laptop screen replaced and computer is now working great.
Square Trade did a fairly good job. It took almost a month to get things completed which was a little long. The new tv doesn't have as good a picture as the the one it replaced but it is satisfactory.
I found Square Trade willing to stand by their warranty to have my printer fixed in a timely manner. I was given an option to take my printer into a local repair shop, as I was concerned with shipping the item through the mail. But I ended up not needing the repair upon finding out my internet had caused the issue. I am happy to know that Square Trade is there should I need them in the future and will work with me should I have any concerns.
The claim process was very easy to use and I got quick responses.
The entire repair experience from start to finish was easy to use, prompt and terrific service. Can't recommend SquareTrade enough....thanks!
Customer service was amazing
From making the 1st contact, the customer service was great. The steps in the process of submitting a claim was easy. I was pleased with the experience.
Mt tv didn't turn on and call square trade and they whete able to give me credit the next day went to walamrt and got a bew tv , simple as that
My experience was very good once I spoke to a customer service representative, dealing with the online group wasn’t good.
