Dirty Hands Tool has filed bankruptcy so we were getting no help from them. I contacted Square Trade . They were our extended warranty and they had our back. I could not have been more pleased. We were taken care of in an unexpected short time and we were so grateful for that. I definitely recommend Square Trade and I will get them for any extended warranty.
