It was very easy to file a claim and replace my Fitbit. I would 100% recommend this extended warranty because the Fitbit warranty is only 1 year and the watch in general only lasts 1.5 - 2 years. (I do not usually buy an extended warranty.) My experience with Fitbit was not pleasant, so it was great that the process with Allstate was easy.
All state did a good job of handling my claim quickly. although they only reimbursed the cost of the item, not the tax. Also, they will not pay for the repair if it is more than the original cost of the item. Otherwise it is a good deal.
My instant up patio tent ripped in several places the 1st year I had it up. The claim process was hassle-free had a wayfair credit within 2 weeks
