My tv went out I had purchased extra insurance through AllState. I was with in my warranty. At first I felt that they were giving me the runaround because they had me try to troubleshoot it and at the end the guy told me it was unrepairable that I would receive an email on a tv replacement. It took a couple days. Then they couldn’t replace it with another Sony TV. I wasn’t pleased with the replacement. It took a couple weeks to get my total refund minus tax, years left on warranty.
