I had a warranty for a TV I purchased for my Mom 3 yrs ago approximately. The TV played out an luckily I had insurance on that item.I talked to some helpful associates to navigate this matter. One associate was not helpful, but on another call. I found a representative that gave me great results. Despite that one representative I eventually got the problem resolved quickly. I will use this warranty program again. You never know when it can be helpful again.

To say thank you for fixing my issue with my gift card and I apologize for the bad review but as you could understand I hope that I was highly frustrated because it was just a complete disaster but I 100% thank you for making it completely right

My son had an accident with his chromebook and we sent it in and it was fixed within a few days.
I was so sad my lawn mower broke, but thankful it was under warranty. That makes the break a little more tolerable. Thank you Allstate for making a bad day much better!
