The process was very easy to submit my gaming system for repair. The only small problem I had was paying to ship my unit to AllState thru FedEx. It cost was a small fortune. I received my PS5 back completely repaired within 10 days. Glad we invested in this warranty.

It was very easy to file a claim and replace my Fitbit. I would 100% recommend this extended warranty because the Fitbit warranty is only 1 year and the watch in general only lasts 1.5 - 2 years. (I do not usually buy an extended warranty.) My experience with Fitbit was not pleasant, so it was great that the process with Allstate was easy.
All state did a good job of handling my claim quickly. although they only reimbursed the cost of the item, not the tax. Also, they will not pay for the repair if it is more than the original cost of the item. Otherwise it is a good deal.
