I had a warranty for a TV I purchased for my Mom 3 yrs ago approximately. The TV played out an luckily I had insurance on that item.I talked to some helpful associates to navigate this matter. One associate was not helpful, but on another call. I found a representative that gave me great results. Despite that one representative I eventually got the problem resolved quickly. I will use this warranty program again. You never know when it can be helpful again.

My son had an accident with his chromebook and we sent it in and it was fixed within a few days.
I was so sad my lawn mower broke, but thankful it was under warranty. That makes the break a little more tolerable. Thank you Allstate for making a bad day much better!
