I called in regards to a warranty on a product purchase I made. And without any hassle, my call was handled and a matter of days my product was replaced. Way to go you guys.
The phone person was right on and wanted to help me enter the second item, I had to wait do to lack of funds at the tome. When I have the funs ready, the on line thing said I could not have to items at once, very disappointed. Should have done my Laptop first.
Everyone was very professional and eager to help.
Filed my claim 4/26/23 and received payment on 5/2/23. They did not request the return of the old printer.

Mailed item back to the provided address. Received refund for full in a very short amount of time. Excellent service.
