It's good to always purchase a protection plan for any electric device. Allstate always take care of their customers.
I took my device to a repair shop, and they ask me why the device was unfixable. Like, I the customer did the repairs, and after I wanted 3 weeks for the repair shop to try and fix it, they wanted me to take it to another repair shop and wait another week. Too many hoops and hurlers to jump through.

I began the claim by making it online and then placing a direct call to the company during the next business day. From the outset, it was easy and conducted flawlessly from access to the vendor's order history page (for a copy of the online transaction) to the resolution of the claim. This insurer is wonderful, and I highly recommend them.

Tv had an issue with the screen. With some pics sent in and a few questions, new TV was sent out no problem. Very happy with the replacement and in a timely manner.
