Had a dishwasher that was about 4 years old and had gotten the extended warranty ..glad I did as it paid off in the end! SquareTrade reimbursed me full price plus the diagnostic fee...I have no complaints.

I had an issue with a cell phone I bought on eBay. I contacted eBay and the seller and neither tried to help me. The Squaretrade representative helped me resolve my issue.

I don't usually buy a warranty on a computer printer, but did. I had even forgotten I had a warranty, but my printer stopped working and I checked my paperwork on it and sure enough I had an extended warranty through Square Trade. It happened in a timely way, as the warranty actually was set to expire in about 2 months. Their online process was easy to use and they responded quickly to my situation after my initial filing of the claim. That printer make/model was no longer available new. SquadeTrade was perfect, fast and helpful. All infos and process sent quickly. The 5th star is missing because I do not know what was defective in my device, no explanation on the repair
