The representative was very professional and helpful.
Filed a claim on a Saturday afternoon. Spoke with a customer service agent the same afternoon. Send photos on Sunday. By Monday the issue has been resolved on Tuesday a check was sent. This was the easiest by far process I have ever done. I can't express enough how pleased I am with the Professional Services. I will certainly purchase a warranty with any other high item.

Shanika screened our report of the problem we were experiencing with the icemaker and, under our Square D plan of coverage, she approved the repair, on Saturday, one week ago. The parts arrived on Tuesday by FedEx and "Al" performed the repair on Wednesday installing the Samsung parts that had been delivered the day before.
