Wear and tear on a gaming chair. Had insurance on it so I filed a claim. They gave me the option to bring it somewhere to be returned or send a check for the amount of the chair. Received it in mail about 3 days later.
My case solved very quickly and I am very pleased with the service. Totally worth it for what I paid for.
Called about a Sony Camera covered under a policy. They claim was easy to file. The camera is at the repair, hopfully all will be fine in the end.

I got my laptop repaired and it was extremely easy to get approved and the process started. And when I got my laptop back in 5 business days from when I sent it, it was repaired perfectly. The technicians who repaired my laptop even took the time to put it in dark mode for me, which was really appreciated.

Filed a claim on an item I purchased at Walmart and when I received the reimbursement method there was no way to use it. Tried finding answered through Walmart and no one helped. Until I contacted Allstate square trade support team. My claim is still being processed but at least I received some kind of answer about what was going on with my reimbursement method.
