I bought a higher end laser printer less than 2 years ago & bought SquareTrade protection at the same time. The printer started having major issues that were not corrected after trying many different "fixes". SquareTrade sent me a check & I ordered a replacement printer the same day. Thank you Customer Service for all your help with this issue.
My husband and I had to submit a claim pretty close together. The whole process only took about 48 hours and we had our gift card in an email. I would definitely recommend purchasing a replacement plan to my friends. We just purchased our new phones along with a protection plan. Thank goodness because my husband is very clumsy.

I'm so glad that I have Squaretrade on my side! When my 4 months old Acer computer stuck at the restarting screen, I was unable to find anyone to talk to at Acer because I was told the warranty had already expired, which was a shock to me because this new computer was just purchased about 4 months ago. Fortunately, I got the support from Squaretrade quickly, and my daughter was able to do her school work without too much delay. I would recommend Squaretrade to anyone.
Had one of the best return/replacement experience using SquareTrade. Everything from completing the return paperwork, chatting with the CS rep, mailing the product and receiving my new product was made hassle free and done in a timely manner. I would totally suggest getting SquareTrade to protect any product you purchase when available.
