Easy and Quickly fixed my product
Cracked screen, and it was taken care of with no problem. Their Rep was great and walked me through the process to get things taken care of. Satisfaction within 3 days.

The warranty covered it wonderfully and I could not.have gotten a better deal I asked what was required of the warranty. I did it I received a nice beautiful new television. It was delivered in the box. No provision and the warranty covered any aspect of disposal or reinstallation. I was surprised and it left me in a difficult position of managing a 68 pound TV by getting help and costly expense that I was not expecting. Usually don’t get protection plans but glad I did. Easy to file and resolution was very prompt.
It was a pleasant experience to be assisted, from the request to the repair.
