Purchased a protection plan for the first time on and iPhone in 20 years. A couple of weeks later I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Filed a claim on Square Trade web site and within 24 hrs my claim was processed. I made and appointment with the Apple Store and the next day my screen was replaced. I received a check for the difference within 5 days. Very satisfied.
Everything was great except for the very IMPORTANT fact that I didn't receive an email that my item was received by your company until I was sent one informing me that it was being shipped back to me already. I was DEFINITELY impressed with the time that it took to get finished though! Everything was great except for the mistake of not sending me an email letting me know that you guys had received it to begin with.
The representative handled my claim in one call. I received my refund within a week. Great company.
I am not easily impressed, but my recent dealings with square trade were the best I've ever experienced dealing with a extended warranty. The process was quick and easy and I had my new tv delivered within 4 days. Like I said before WOW!
My paperwork from the original purchase of my warranty had been misfiled. It was a four year warranty program and I did not go on line at time of purchase to register (retailer did not advise me to register). Once contact was made and proper request were made SquareTrade verified my purchase within 24 hours and had my product replaced within another 24 hours. Had no issues once I found a number to call, but that was not easy
I called and received an appointment date and time the same day. My service tech arrived on time, wore shoe covers and performed a great job repairing my machine. He was very knowledgeable , respectful, and friendly . I’m so glad I purchased this warranty! All is well before the holidays! Nice job SquareTrade!
