My TV died after 4.5 years. I contacted Square Trade. They did a diagnostic test on my tv and I had a new one within days. It was impressive how easy this was. Best $29.99 I've ever spent!

The experience took about 5 weeks for the final repair was actually made. After 4 technician visits and reordering parts it was fixed. Considering the brand I was extremely happy!
microwave stopped working (would no longer heat) and I was given the option of going into the store where I purchased it and getting a replacement, or receiving a check for the amount I had paid for the microwave. Fast, professional, friendly AND no obnoxious phone auto-attendant. Just a real person with real knowledge and no wait time. Thank You!
