I have a Weslo Crosswalk treadmill that was giving trouble. I have a Square Trade service policy. I notified Square Trade on line about the problems with the treadmill. In less than one minute they made a cash offer to settle the claim. I am very satisfied with the settlement and Square Trade. I will buy their coverage again.
Did not like that there wasn't a human to talk to because of extremely long wait on phone, but after getting over my initial disappointment, I tried the web solution, and it was a LOT smoother and easier than I thought it was going to be. NO hassle transaction, received replacement phone super fast, just got here today. Going to transfer everything and return the old one tomorrow.
