I believe square trade did what they were suppose to do with my package but somewhere down the line my address was not right with Best But.

My Frigidaire Dehumidifier broke down days away from it's 3rd birthday. I called SquareTrade not expecting such an easy claim resolution. I had a check for the full amount of the dehumidifier within a week. This was the first and only time I used SquareTrade.
