Thank you guys for the fast service. The amount of questions asked was a little overboard but worth it. I mean, I did pay for this service. All in all, the service was awesome! Thanks Again!!

I put in a claim for my TV, everything went well. Because it was a Saturday they said I would hear back by Monday, understandable. Monday rolls around and they decide they are going to send me a check instead of a new tv or fixing the old one, also understandable. Fast forward a few days and the check shows up for $300.61, my tv was $350... NOT understandable. I have a almost 4 year old Dell laptop, it started to have major issue's, I filed a claim and gave them the things they asked for & with no argument or hassle they approved my claim in full. Their agent, Monique was exceptional and should be commended for her Professionalism. While I thought the price of the insurance was high at the time, it was worth it now as my laptop is being replaced at my choice of unit. Mahalo to SquareTrade for standing behind your word!

THE FIRST AGENT I SPOKE WITH WANTED ME TO GET PHONE REPAIRED. THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD IT SHOULD BE REPLACED. GOT THE NEW PHONE THE NEXT DAY AND RETURNED THE OLD PHONE IN 3 DAYS. CALLED TO VERIFY IF DAMAGED PHONE WAS RECEIVED AND WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN. HAD TO HAVE HELP GETTING NEW PHONE UP AND GOING BUT ALL WORKED OUT GREAT. VERY HAPPY WITH SQUARE TRADE. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
