Our TV had a problem and SquareTrade replaced it with a comparable model at no cost within a very reasonable period of time. I have always avoided buying insurance on purchases, but got this policy included with my TV and am so happy I did. I may even buy it on my own next time. Thank you!
Just as they promised, rapid repair repaired & returned my Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. I was overly concerned about getting it back as I'm a caregiver for my brother & need my phone so the facility can contact me when needed or in case of an emergency. Thank you, very much. Phone like & operates great!
I was a bit disappointed that Square Trade couldn't find a replacement product, but they refunded my money very quickly. I won't have to think twice about purchasing a warranty from them again. It was well worth the money.

Handle it with the good care
My issue was resolved in a very short time. Would use them again
Screen started to show a blank line from top to bottom about 1/2" wide. This continued for a while and then the screen went completely blank. When I called Square Trade they arranged to have me ship it at no cost to me and a new screen was put on the computer. Works Great! There was no hassle and Square Trade handled this issue with absolutely no issues or problem. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend Square Trade computer coverage!
