The claim was easily settled. I was reimbursed for my product as ST deemed it a better option than replacing it. Five stars if ST replaced the item instead of re-payment. But other than that it was a good experience.
Happy with the ST resolution of my issue.
We purchased a brand of TV that we’ve had good experiences with (we have 4), however our latest purchase ended up having some issues. We contacted SquareTrade with the issue and with in a week the product was replaced with an item every bit as good as we had. They did as advertised, and we’ll use the service again. With electronics you just never know. I highly recommend them. Thanks, JR in Texas
Had to email the same info over twice to comeplete the process but I was fairly reimbursed
My issue was handled within 5 minute and the new cell arrived in 2 days. This is why I stay with this insurance co for over 5 years

Tv went out after couple years. Purchased from Costco. Took out warranty. Because of my husband being so smart and doing that, we were able to receive another 52 inch tv st no cost to us! Buyers!! Take out the extended warranty on big purchases! We never thought that our tv would go out on us after a couple years!
