My cellphone flat quit, consumer cellular tech support could not help me get started and told me to have squareTrade send me another phone which they did in two days. I was very pleased that this happened so quick!!
I am thrilled that they replaced the tv but a warranty is not offered on the replacement tv. So if the tv fails you have nothing. I would have rather been reimbursed so that I could buy another tv with a warranty.
