Everything went very well.
When the Square Trade protection plan was sold to me at the store, they indicated that they would replace the damaged item. NOT so, they tried to pay less than the purchase price of the said item. Then they offered to ship a replacement item with like features - didn't happen either!
SquareTrade was awesome. They were quick and without any hassle. I am always to know I have them as a backup. Thanks for the great service.
