I was able to get my stuff sent off for review with no hassle!
My television went out one Monday, I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I totally forgot about the Square Trade warranty and was glad it was there. My television did try to get repaired but it still didn't work. On Sunday I received a new television. Yay!!
It took a while to get through to the right customer service agent but once I did the service was excellent and check came quickly.
It was good she new what info to give me n how long it was going to take
Great service they got me a reimbursement check really fast.
The call center was fast and friendly. I received my check in 2 days!
Quite a process but got good results in the end.
I dropped my Fuji X-T20 in a meadow and it seemed to be ok. When I got back home I found that the thumb rest had broken off. The camera was functionally fine, but with the small piece broken off it would allow dust and moisture to get into the camera over time. I went online and in a matter of a few minutes I was approved for repair and had a label in my inbox. That was on Monday, by Friday I had a repaired camera delivered back looking like new.
