It was very good but now I have tv that doesn’t work and no where to take it todo it sit in my garage
The service provided was as expected. Were not able to repair my device, so sent a refund for full purchase price. Still would have liked to get broken device back, but I suppose that's asking a bit too much.
I had bought protection on a bundle of appliances, had small issues with a couple of them, square trade made it easy to get someone out and help fix the issues! Sent parts to me the next day and had someone out within the week. Great service!
Great customer service representatives. It was so nice to finally talk to people. You could tell they understood, wasn't reading off a script. And actually tried to help you. Like being in a time machine. Thank you very much.

I was a bit hesitant to send in my laptop after seeing the covid 19 warning that it might take a while. But I needed my laptop and they came through. The repair was done quickly and my laptop was returned in less than 3 days. Im glad I got that warranty.
