My situation was handled professionallly and effectively
SquareTrade Reps were professional & were eager to help file our claim. Hassle free & they completely replaced my son’s DVD Player quickly. I highly recommend SquareTrade.
I had a tripod that the removable plate that attaches a camera or spotting scope broke. I put in the claim to Square Trade, it was decided to reemburse me, which they did within one day in the form of an Amazon Gift Card. Very quick service.... as a note: I would have preferred to just get the broken part replaced but that wasn't an option with either Square Trade nor Amazon.
They were very helpful and our tv was totally replaced in a timely manner.
