Had to email the same info over twice to comeplete the process but I was fairly reimbursed
My issue was handled within 5 minute and the new cell arrived in 2 days. This is why I stay with this insurance co for over 5 years
Hassle free service... completely satisfied.
Tv went out after couple years. Purchased from Costco. Took out warranty. Because of my husband being so smart and doing that, we were able to receive another 52 inch tv st no cost to us! Buyers!! Take out the extended warranty on big purchases! We never thought that our tv would go out on us after a couple years!

Had a claim to file decided to call them. They were very quick response and took care of my problem in a matter of days. I had SquareTrade before, and that's why I decided to use them again. The second transaction was much smoother and easier than the first one not that the first one was a bad experience. I'm not a warranty kind of guy I'm sure glad I did it the first and definitely the second time we'll do it again and recommend it to anybody.
Our Shop Vac started smoking after about a year and Square Trade stood behind the product 100% and compensated us very well.
