"When I purchased a Vizio from Costco it developed a problem where it took several pushes of the volume or channel button for the TV to respond. Square Trade replaced it with the same model of Vizio. After a short while the replacement Vizio had the same problem. At that point Square Trade gave me five different options for a second replacement. This time I chose a Sharp for replacement.
