Square Trade repaired my Onkyo receiver that was fried after my house was struck by lightning. I am impressed with the service and the quality of repair, plus the staff made it easy to send the product to have repaired, and it took only two weeks to repair and back to me.

I was pleasantly surprised by squaretrade. They asked me to send in my item for repair but within just a couple of days sent me a brand new replacement.

what a great co, from start to finish very simple; a new tv is on its way. but always takes to long haha. hopefully this new unit outlasts old one witch was 1 yr 2 mo old. thanks.
