I was so thankful we had the protection plan. My laptop fell in the floor and landed on the port with the charging adapter attached. After a few days the tip of the adapter broke off into the port. It was very easy to contact SquareTrade, get the information needed, and ship my computer to them. I had it back within a week and it charged perfectly with my new charger.
Easy, they took my deductible over the internet then sent me to a dealer in my area to have it fixed
Our receiver was not working after a year. Sound and video would not come on at all. We got a shipping label, mailed the receiver to Square Trade, and they fixed it and sent it back. It took about 2 weeks but we were finally about to enjoy a movie in our media room with our kids. Great service!!
