Claim was settled fast and fair. They replaced a 15 mo. old TV that was showing shadows on the screen. Was given a choice of 3 TV,s for replacement. Talked to an agent and they had me send pictures of the screen. In about 2 days they I got an email to select a TV for replacement and was delivered to my front door about a week later.
