I have gotten the SquareTrade with my last four computers and used it twice. Each time the srtvice provided was outstanding. The repairs were done promptly and accurately.

This transaction was done efficiently. Called, they took my information, sent email for sending package. Received excellent service. I use Squaretrade, every time I can.

Although I did receive a new tv I would have preferred to have gotten an e gift card so I could go back to the store & picked which tv I wanted instead of having to accept what they offered me.

SquareTrade was awesome! No questions asked resolution and the check was in my mailbox in just days! We used the money to purchase a replacement device and again bought the SquareTrade coverage. Thanks SquareTrade!
