Reps were easy to communicate with, efficient and helped me address my somewhat complicated refund. My item was not under manufacturer warranty because it was sold via eBay, an unauthorized Shelly by Sony. I had to get special permission to be reimbursed for a non-functioning product and deliver that to square trade. Unfortunately Sony reps have little ability to help there bc they can’t send emails or statements from their call centers.
