I had an excellent experience! The web-site was easy to use and it turned out that due to the age of my phone, I was given a refund rather than a repair. I did buy a new phone and a purchased the SquareTrade option again. I would recommend it highly. Very satisfied! Thank you!

A week ago we had a lighting strike that took out our 65" living room TV (among other devices). We had less than a month to go on the 5 year warranty so I was a little worried there might be some issue getting service. Not to worry, the super nice folks at SquareTrade took good care of us. After some trouble shooting over the phone they saw nothing was happening with the TV so they set up and approved our claim. I called, the rep was very nice & helpful. They sent out a brand new phone within 2 days with a postage paid envelope to return the broken one. Simple.
