Had a unfix able TV replaced with a bigger more current New TV in a reasonable time. Highly satisfied with service and tech support when needed. Would recommend this for any new purchase.
Customer Service Rep. was very helpful in providing the outcome of giving me back the money I paid, minus $10. My check was mailed very fast! It is a little bit harder to submit a claim! The different ways that you have are difficult. I finally gave up and I went to a UPS Store and had it faxed twice because they said they didn't get the first one! My receipt had the right number, plus I had to pay for the fax twice!
This company is great, the repairs were done so fast and the IPAD was back to me 4 days after I mailed it to them.
They worked with me on a problem I had and was very helpful in a solution to fix it.just make sure you keep your receipts

Getting the claim approved involved entering lots of nit-picky information, which took some time, though that's understandable. Overall, the process was straightforward and Square Trade does a good job of walking the customer through each step and telling the customer what to expect next. I've had my computer back for only 2 days now. So far, it appears Square Trade successfully repaired the problem. I bought a higher end laser printer less than 2 years ago & bought SquareTrade protection at the same time. The printer started having major issues that were not corrected after trying many different "fixes". SquareTrade sent me a check & I ordered a replacement printer the same day. Thank you Customer Service for all your help with this issue.
My husband and I had to submit a claim pretty close together. The whole process only took about 48 hours and we had our gift card in an email. I would definitely recommend purchasing a replacement plan to my friends. We just purchased our new phones along with a protection plan. Thank goodness because my husband is very clumsy.
At first I could not get my return label and the next day it all was a breeze. Thanks Kathy
