Was very happy with this product
Had a problem with pixels going out on my TV. Gave me some instructions and followed it and emailed back. Within hours they responded and were replacing my TV with a new one that was comparable. Very pleased with the service. No hassles. Customer service was very helpful. Received new TV within days. Thank you
If SquareTrade can’t fix it the first time, they replace it within the covert agents period. Simple as that.
Easy and fast service. My only criticism is to let customers know what was wrong with the product in case there is something preventable in the future.
When the TV went out I was dreading what we might have to do. We had tried all the usual things like new batteries, unplug and replug. My husband started the claim...I was to call later in the morning. What a great experience. Alex was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He talked me through what and how to do a reset. It was an easy fix after all. And he gave me some tips to help keep my TVs working. I would, and have, recommended SquareTrade to my friends. Well worth the money. Thanks again Alex!
