I have a almost 4 year old Dell laptop, it started to have major issue's, I filed a claim and gave them the things they asked for & with no argument or hassle they approved my claim in full. Their agent, Monique was exceptional and should be commended for her Professionalism. While I thought the price of the insurance was high at the time, it was worth it now as my laptop is being replaced at my choice of unit. Mahalo to SquareTrade for standing behind your word!

THE FIRST AGENT I SPOKE WITH WANTED ME TO GET PHONE REPAIRED. THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD IT SHOULD BE REPLACED. GOT THE NEW PHONE THE NEXT DAY AND RETURNED THE OLD PHONE IN 3 DAYS. CALLED TO VERIFY IF DAMAGED PHONE WAS RECEIVED AND WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN. HAD TO HAVE HELP GETTING NEW PHONE UP AND GOING BUT ALL WORKED OUT GREAT. VERY HAPPY WITH SQUARE TRADE. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Excellent Experience and Customer services.
Leather office chair experienced some peeling of the bonded leather on the front portion of the seat cushion. Contacted Square Trade online and filled in the small amount of description required. While online, I was offered a cash settlement for the damages, which I accepted. The settlement I chose was store credit at the office store where I purchased the chair.

Overall there good with customer service I have yet to get a refund for a iPhone that I had sent back! And that’s not ok
