I was very impressed with the customer service by SquareTrade. My son's cell phone somehow was stepped on and the front was smashed and the screen broken. Since it was not repairable, I was given an amount of money back. The check came within a week. It made it much easier to purchase a new phone for him in a quicker manner.

I received a Serta computer chair for a Christmas present and love it. My husband also purchased the extended warranty. After 5 months we noticed it was having issues holding the height.
