"This was my first time filing a claim and I guess I was not clear about the process. I thought I would get a replacement for the device but instead I got a check for the purchase price I paid. Where I was disappointed was with the fact that the device had been purchased in April 2017 and failed in Jan 2018 and the Square Trade person tells me that it is still covered under the manufacture warranty.
