Awesome & hassle free experience! My AC could not be fixed, so they decided to send me a total refund. The process was really easy. In no time, I had confirmation that all was in place for a refund, then got an update telling that my refund was on its way. My Frigidaire Dehumidifier broke down days away from it's 3rd birthday. I called SquareTrade not expecting such an easy claim resolution. I had a check for the full amount of the dehumidifier within a week. This was the first and only time I used SquareTrade.

It was very easy to take care of getting refund on AC window unit which wasn't working. Currently waiting for check to come in mail.
