From my initial phone call until I received my computer back, the service was "perfect". There is absolutely no way it could have been handled better. They stayed in touch with me via email at each stage from the shipping to repair, to shipping it back.
Got the mailer quickly and the computer was repaired wuickly

Had a dishwasher that was about 4 years old and had gotten the extended warranty ..glad I did as it paid off in the end! SquareTrade reimbursed me full price plus the diagnostic fee...I have no complaints.

I don't usually buy a warranty on a computer printer, but did. I had even forgotten I had a warranty, but my printer stopped working and I checked my paperwork on it and sure enough I had an extended warranty through Square Trade. It happened in a timely way, as the warranty actually was set to expire in about 2 months. My experience was excellent and quick in solving the problem which was not so complicated but I never had such a quick reply even it was late in the evening.
SquadeTrade was perfect, fast and helpful. All infos and process sent quickly. The 5th star is missing because I do not know what was defective in my device, no explanation on the repair
