My mobile began acting strange with SMS and MMS operating intermittently. Called Sq. Trade and explained that the phone had been dropped but appears undamaged except for the functionality. They replaced it within a few days.
The website was difficult and did not allow me to use it. The representative was fantastic and made the whole experience wonderful. She was friendly, competent, understanding and very knowledgeable. She also handled my claim adeptly and courteously. The repair itself was super fast. It took 2 days to receive the label to drop it off and it was repaired well and returned to me in under a week! Great job all you folks at Square Trade!
Contact Square trade and after two phone calls , they process the claim and the check was in the mail , within a few days. Great Service !

Registering my product was easy. Filing a claim online was easy but I had issues with submitting a receipt as my original contact with SquareTrade was by e-mail. No matter what format I submitted by e-mail, I kept getting a return e-mail that it wasn't acceptable. I finally went to the SquareTrade website and attempted to download my receipt there but kept getting an error message during the process.
