The process of replacement was very simple and straight forward explained the problem to the company and did a couple of test then took some pictures and in less than 24 hour I got a email with a authorized pick for a new unit

Service was fast and rec’d part quickly. Our technician, Charles, was great, as he worked with it awhile, and finally concluded that the replacement parts were faulty. He also explained all that to us and told us what would happen next. So now, we are waiting on a NEW replacement part and will need to reschedule with the tech once we receive it. Satisfied with all of it really, so far, just wondering at this point how many times we will need to retry a ‘new’ part...
