They determined the problem was with Sprint and actually called Sprint. With no luck working with Sprint they sent me a replacement. Took Square Trade 3 days to do what Sprint could not do for a month"

"Square Trade had good customer service along the 5 week process but they could have done better to make this a 1 week process. Unfortunately, instead of just sending me a new phone to replace my broken phone, they chose to send me to a local Batteries Plus fix it store and they did not have the expertise or or inventory to make it a smooth transaction. "Two year old chest freezer died....One year into the Square Trade warranty. One phone call, a few verification questions, and check was on it's way to us so we could get a new freezer. Thank goodness!"
