Had a phone battery issue. Square trade was easy to process and delivered on time.
I bought luggage and decided to get insurance on it, luckily. The luggage wasn't used much, but the third time I traveled with it, it broke. I went to the seller and they said I was out of warranty. The luggage was less than 6 months old. I wen to SquareTrade and the didn't ask but a few questions and refunded almost the full purchase price. I was pleased and impressed. I think I'll be using SquareTrade again for my next purchase!

Our TV died, we called SquareTrade, they had me do a few small tests on the TV and then sent me an Email with 3 equivalent TVs. I selected one of them and it was delivered to my house In 3 days. We are watching it now!
At first difficult for me online -YouDontDisplayYourPhoneNo! After someone sent it to me, it was fairly easy because your agents were very helpful, clear,friendly, -and quick to respond with no waiting - excellent,thankyou.

Our Vizio tv stopped working after just 3 1/2 years. We paid $60 for the Square Trade warranty and it was well worth it. Not only did they replace the television, it was bran new and an upgrade from the original. The Claim only took a few minutes over the phone and the customer service was excellent!! Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.
Although there was some delay (both on my part and on the part of Square Trade) I'm 100% satisfied. Square Trade sent a check to replace the cell phone I'd broken. I'm really impressed. Seriously, if you're purchasing a phone ( or ANY item offering coverage) pay the extra $ (not an extreme charge) and get this excellent protection!
It took 2 months before a comparable TV was available to select. All the TVs they were showing me on the website were cheap and/or didn't have the same features as my original TV. When one finally appeared I selected it right away. No complaints about customer service.
