The people that I spoke with were all pleasant and helpful. At first, they sent me a new remote. When that was not the answer, they sent a new part and a technician. That did the trick. All was accomplished in good time.

After a brief conversation in which a technician diagnosed our problem, arrangements were made to send out the necessary electronic parts. A few days later an electronics repair technician arrived at our house and fixed the problem with no cost to us. It was super efficient. Great experience!
