We had any item that stopped working. I contacted them and with no questions asked they sent me a check!

i spoke with Kahn and he really understood my problem and addressed promptly. I received a check for the phone system that quit after 9 months. At first, the rep. before him said that I had to deal with the manufacturer, not them. But, as I explained that I bought a 4 year policy, Square Trade should take care of it because I was paying for 4 years not 3. He could see my point.

The process was quick and easy. Ultimately my TV could not be repaired and a new one was order and delivered in two days. Excellent experience.

Purchased a protection plan for the first time on and iPhone in 20 years. A couple of weeks later I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Filed a claim on Square Trade web site and within 24 hrs my claim was processed. I made and appointment with the Apple Store and the next day my screen was replaced. I received a check for the difference within 5 days. Very satisfied.

Everything was great except for the very IMPORTANT fact that I didn't receive an email that my item was received by your company until I was sent one informing me that it was being shipped back to me already. I was DEFINITELY impressed with the time that it took to get finished though! Everything was great except for the mistake of not sending me an email letting me know that you guys had received it to begin with.
