"My smart tv was deemed un-repairable. The first tv I was offered was a bottom of the line tv I could buy for $670 new. My warrantied tv cost $1950. I had to call them and request a better tv. The next one was closer and I accepted the used tv. The picture isn't as nice, but it's ok. I also had my original warranty document that said I would get 100% of my money back if un-repairable. "We contacted SquareTrade online when we had a problem with our Smart TV,they called us within 5 minutes. The tech worked with us to see if we could solve the problem and when we could not she arranged for a tech to come to the house within 2 days. The tech knew right away what the problem was and it was determined the TV could not be fixed. SquareTrade arranged for a new TV to be delivered that was similar to the one we had within 2 days. We could not have asked for better service!"

"Visio TV power supply went out after 3 years of service. Got online with Square trade and they assessed the problem and scheduled a repair, which got the TV back working. followed up to make sure everything was working. Great service and best warranty experience I have ever had!"

"Screen went out on our 50" flat screen TV. Requested a call back using the online service and a representative called back within minutes. Scheduled for a technician to come out within 48 hours. The parts required to fix the TV was out of of stock so I received a brand new replacement TV within a week. Great customer service and received an expedited response in resolving my TV issue! a"

"We purchased a 47-inch LG Smart TV from Costco in 2013, and it died 4 years later a couple of weeks ago. Square Trade responded immediately to my claim submitted online and FedEx priority overnighted the part that was diagnosed on the phone as being the problem. The technician came about 5 days after we received the part at his scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately after he replaced the part, it did not fix the problem. "So glad we purchased the Square Trade warranty when we purchased our TV at Costco. When it quit working with no warning after 2-1/2 years it was worth the minimal cost. It turns out it was the power board and the technician was out within a few days and had it up and running within a half hour. Highly recommend Square Trade when purchasing high dollar electronics!!"

"Purchased a 65" Vizio at Sams Club in 2015 along with the SquareTrade warranty, which I usually pass on. Two years later the TV just died. Online claim with SquareTrade and asked for callback. The process was quick and easy. Parts arrived on Tuesday and technician on Wednesday. He replaced all the parts and it didn't fix the issue. On Thursday I receive an email they're going to replace the TV. I'm given a selection to choose from (1) and it was unavailable after selecting.
