The many times I called, they patiently deal with my disabilities and problems communicating. They were compassionate and helpful, and honestly interested in helping me. None of them got impatient with me for having to wait for my responses, Etc. I'm glad that I bought the extra warranty for my television at Costco. SquareTrade has been an excellent source of help.
Thank you Square Trade for taking care of me. I have zero complaints and the customer service was great. You sent someone out quick to see if they could fix the television. When it could not be fixed you sent a replacement in a hurry. When I get another new TV I know where to go to get a warranty.
