Very good service and explanation of benefits. No hassle.
Three days after purchasing a new Samsung S9 smartphone (while waiting for my new case to arrive by mail), I dropped it and cracked the screen. I'm so glad I bought this warranty. Days later, my new phone is fixed and good as new.
I had my gift card to replace my phone within 24 hours. Best $10 I’ve spent in ages.
God customer service from beginning to end. My only complaint is that there is not enought time given for return. I needed time to manually transfer phone numbers and auto transfer pictures. Lots of info. Shipping date and receive date are not the same...
try asking after everything is completed, just shipped it for repair today. Ill let you know then

It took one phone call to get the replacement value of a damaged cell phone. The employee was great. Excellent customer service. I would encourage everyone use Square Trade whenever possible. I won't be without it. Thanks!!!!
Called to report TV problem thought problem was solved after doing resets etc. later that evening TV went dead... called back the following AM explained problem they arranged for parts to be sent out ....and sent an e-mail advising when parts would arrive and contact info for technician for appointment to arrange date and time....parts were delivered on time and technician did as well....excellent service all the way around....
