My cordless vacuum I purchased had high ratings just quit working after about 11 months. I was so disappointed in the product, they may have gone out of business, I am not sure, but they did not return my calls or emails but Square trade took care of me and refunded my money in full so I can get a new one. Incredible customer service! I highly recommend that you purchase a warranty with this company. They are very professional and they take care of you, the customer.
Once the problem with our dishwasher was determined, the customer care was much appreciated. I would recommend using SquareTrade and will purchase another warranty as necessary in the future!

Reported broken screen. Had the option to send it in or go to a local authorized facility. The person I talked to didn't know the area at all, and suggested Minneapolis servicers, which isn't handy for me. I asked him to find somewhere near St. Paul, and he finally gave me a Batteries + in West St. Paul. I went there and got good service, but I'm still wondering if the Batteries + in Maplewood could have provided the service. That's the only complaint I have.
