I had a problem with my printer and SquareTrade issued me a check and I received it in about 3 days. Customer service was awesome and my situation was handled quickly and professionally.
Square trade provided prompt claim service, no hoops to jump through, and replacement in the way I chose. Great service and the easiest insurance process I have ever gone through.
Very good and fast but dont offer repair service for PR.

Found it difficult to communicate with Squaretrade. Many calls to Squaretrade were not completed as menu would end with no response. Final result - we did get a new TV. The extra effort was worth it. Thanks, Don
When I called Square Trade about my printer that stopped working, they helped me immediately and send a refund check per my extended warranty agreement. When I bought a new printer a few days later, I signed up for another extended warranty through Square Trade. It's truly worth the peace of mind.
