The re-submitting of receipts is still a pain, but pother than that.... they have rocked it!!! So awesome!
I filled out the online application and got a response within a hour. I then called and was helped with no problems. And customer service representative was awesome. My TV remote came the next day... Keep up the great work.

Buying hardware protection for electronics at a Target store was a new experience. Getting aquainted with my SquareTrade protection coverage was fairly easy. After having the device for close to a quarter of a year an accident damaged the device. After reading over the policy coverage was excited and expecting a replacement. SquareTrade gave another option, FastCast which did not replace the damaged device, it did seem as the most expedited option. I was on hold off and on with a customer service rep. for about an hour. Lot's of questions and questions she had to confirm with , with another person. Ended up I was referred back to an HP Executive Manager. I then was in communication with this person for over a week. The customer service rep from Square Trade did her best to get me to the right area of expertise to take care of my issue.
