After completing the claim online I was told to finish my claim by calling a Square Trade customer service representative. The customer service representative was very courteous, polite and helpful with my issue. I was very happy with the way my claim was handled.
Service was outstanding, coverage plan was delivered with no hassle.
Was surprised and disappointed that my Epson printer went bad so soon. This was a replacement for a previous Epson printer that went bad. Your warranty service however was excellent and I received my check shortly after sending in my claim. Thanks for your outstanding service.

I couldn't believe how quickly I was refunded for my shredder! I bought another one and took out another Square Trader warranty on it!
Had to drive out of the way but it was worth it, CPR was customer focused and handled everything very efficiently.
My TV went dead and in less than 15 minutes on the phone with a knowledgeable customer service from Square trade they identify it needed two boards to bring the TV back to life. From there it was all online I no sooner hung up from Square trade and was called by the TV repairman and a detailed instructions concerning the package sent from Square trade was reviewed and an appointment was made. I attempted to submit a claim on their website, which was a terrible experience. It was very frustrating as it seemed to be geared to dealing with Electronic Equipment Problems and that was not even closely related to what I had bought the coverage for and after doing the best I could to provide the proper details, the claim was denied... Needless to say I was very very unhappy at that point, but I did not give up.
