My dad has been trying to insure one of our classic vehicles for almost 2 weeks now. We have sent them pictures of the vehicle per their request and pictures of our licenses and we still haven’t heard anything from them. I've been trying to contact these guys about renewing my policy for several months. Nobody there will help, their automated phone system is a joke. They make you jump through hoops to get a policy. Don't waste your time, these people do not respect their clients at all

I singed up and paid for insurance and hav yet to receive my insurance papers they are good at getting you to pay but neglect in doing their work so no I’m looking into hagerti insurance
I had a scheduled call on August 13th. I sent pictures on August 15th. I followed up on August 25th because I hadn’t heard from the agent since the original phone call and request for photos. I followed up again on September 2nd and this time cc’d the general email. I have coverage under them currently, however I am looking for an alternative. They valued my car at 35k, and said I needed to prove it was worth more than that. ON 06/28 I PURCHASED AN A-TEAM TV SERIES REPLICA VAN. AFTER SENDING ALL THE PHOTO'S REQUESTD THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COVER MY VAN. used them for 7 years on at least 9 classic cars...never put in a claim! never any issues...they dropped me for having a small tear on my seat...which I have new old stock seat covers took me 3 years to find..and in the 7 years I have recommended at least 30 new customers to them! I have a clean driving record, no points ever! this is a classic Cadillac that I only use for car shows in the summer only....I explained the small damage to the seat and they did not care!!! beware they will drop you for no reason at all
Tried to add a second vehicle to my existing long time ACI policy and ended up talking to 5 different people, all with 5 different rates, some licensed, some not. I wasted 4 hrs and finally went with Hagerty. Took 10 mins, didn’t get the run around and my policy was $300 cheaper per year. I will likely switch my other classic to them as well. ACI has really gone down hill.
