Had a problem with my microwave..Filed my issues with American Home Shield. Service technician came out, order the parts to take care of my microwave issues. Technician came back after parts was received and completed the job to perfection
It seems they hire subpar contractors for the jobs in the past. My most recent dealings were better than I've experienced in the past with American Home Shield actually I have thought about dropping this insurance and looking at someone else if I have continued issues with subpar contractors. I also had an issue with my dryer a year ago and they couldn't find a part for it and no one ever contacted me back from your company and my policy states repair or replace that didn't happen.
They have always gotten my warranty items done very quickly & have great contractors. Would recommend AHS to all my friends, family & neighbors.
When we call with a problem they’re very helpful, very knowledgeable, very courteous, very friendly and very professional. Great customer service.
