Due to the circumstances beyond their control, Myers Comfort Specialist ran behind schedule, but they showed up, and the tech was professional. He talked to me about my problem, and then he resolved the problem and everything is beautiful. He was very nice. Choose American Home Shield. That's all I tell other people. We had a claim with the icemaker. We submitted it with Home Shield it online. It was super easy. And then, the contractor that came was amazing. He was super nice, took care of everything and did it quickly. They ordered a part but then I didn't hear anything about when they would come back out. When I put in requests with American Home Shield, I usually get a phone call from their contractor the next day. When I put in my recent claim for the first time, I didn't receive a phone call. So, I had to call AHS if they received my request. This has been the second time that this has happened to me. Before, there were no issues. The contractor would call and say they're gonna come to my house on a certain day. We would then make arrangements and things would be fine.
