Responded to and repaired our issues quickly.
Our central air conditioning recently stopped working and smelled like it was on fire. When the technician came out the unit started up and seemed to be working fine, however he could see that there was a problem that would probably happen again with out a new piece replaced. American Home Shield wouldn't allow the piece to be replaced since the unit worked. The claims process is easy. You can go online and click whichever repair you need. It tells you you have to pay a service fee then they patch out a technician usually right after you send the money in. After they assign the service technician, you get the phone number. You can either wait for them to call you or you can call them. I'm the one that's without AC so called them and they told me when they were gonna be able to come out. I had problems for the second time this summer with my air conditioner and the service provider recommended I get a new unit. I did and I'm pleased with the result.
They came through for us. I'm a new home owner a d wS at a lost when the ceiling started leaking.
The AC wasn't turning on so my husband sent in a claim online. We have two different ACs and we had something go on several months ago with the downstairs one. But we weren't happy with the people who had come out. So when we submitted the claim for the upstairs AC, we asked if we could have somebody else.
