I've used the coverage three times in the past two years for appliance repair, and I'm so happy with the responsiveness, the service providers, and the ultimate savings from having the policy. So great!

Our washer was not spinning so we contacted AHS. They diagnosed the issue and advised us that the circuit board needed replacement, however the part is no longer available so a full replacement of the washer was required. The ordering process was easy and completed all online. AHS replaced the washer within a week of the order.
Good coverage, as long as the homeowner understands how to fill out the form correctly. I don't like that if a homeowner logs an issue like "plumbing leak" to find out it's a "Plumbing stoppage", and have to pay a 2nd fee. Too much put on the homeowner to know exactly what the root cause problem is.
Very good sourcing of contractors. Contractors are hard to get on a timely basis by individuals.
Prompt service and great customer service
AHS responds to my request in a timely manner. Sometimes I do have an issues with the vendors they assign for repairs.
