Always courteous, fast and very reliable!
The AC wasn't running right, so Clovis Heating and Cooling just came out and got it running better. It's going out but Home Shield won't replace it. Other than that, it has been rather simple to get people out. I did all online.
They get what I need done when I need it.
I like American Home Shield. I’ve used them twice. The first one was last year when my hot water tank decided to give up the ghost, and then this time for my air conditioner. It had totally quit and it had flipped some sort of switch in it. The guy that came out replaced that part and now, it's working good. So far, it's been good and straightforward with American Home Shield. We've been able to resolve every claim we've made. Recently, the contractor installed a sink and everything was good. We're happy with it. He was nice too.
My garage door would shut and then open itself back up. We got flooded in '16 and the baseboard against the wires that held the eye at the bottom sheared over time which created the problem. I sent a request to American Home Shield and their contractor from #1 Garage Door did a great job. He was wearing a mask the whole time. He couldn't take the baseboard off though so I got a crowbar and got it off myself. He then fixed the issue with no problem in 15 minutes. There fast and efficient, I Great results, Great Service Company's That Service My Problems.
The motor on the air conditioning unit gave out and I was very pleased with the service from Air 72. They said they were going to take care of it quickly and they did. The process in submitting the claim to American Home Shield was quick and everything was good. People should have a home warranty.
You had sent the people to take a look at that leak under my sink drain dudes came detected the problem right away and took care of it they did a test efficient and professionally
