Easy to contact and make repair requests
Our warranty came with the purchase of our home last year. I honestly did not know what to expect. We did not experience any problems for the first 10 months however all 3 ac units went out within a 6 week period during the hottest month of the summer. The problems were quickly addressed. The one time I had a problem with the responsiveness of a contractor the AHS representative was on it! She kept in constant contact keeping us informed. I have happily renewed my contract with AHS
Blue Diamond was great. They did the job in a super professional manner and in a very short time. The toilet was blocked by a toy that my son threw in and they were able to take it out. I was very happy with the way they handled it. I'm also happy with American Home Shield. We're a call away from getting things fixed.

Ashman Appliance Service came on behalf of American Home Shield to fix our washer and dryer issue. While my washer is now fine, the tech who came said that the part needed to fix the dryer wasn't available. He said that AHS should be calling me in a few days. I waited a week or two 'cause I figured they were behind but then no one called. I called AHS and they said that I was approved for the cash out instead of the replacement. It was really cool because, easily, within less than an hour of me opening that claim, Home Shield already assigned somebody and gave me an estimated arrival time and date. It was ridiculously quick. J-Tech Mechanical's rep was very professional. He arrived on time. He came in and looked at what was going on.
