Was initially set up with a contractor for AC, but they could not come out for 4 days. I called AHS back and the representative worked to find a company that could come out sooner...they came the next day and were great!

The first contractor was absolutely incompetent and could not we've contact them. 2nd contractor was awesome and fixed each appliance in 10 mins. I would grad the call center as a C minus.
